- R% Combine rhubarb, bread cubes, sugar, and cinnamon in large bowl and
- R%mix well. Spoon into a 1 quart glass casserole, mounding the mixture
- R%in the center of the casserole dish.

- R% Microwave (high). The margarine in a glass dish for 1/2 to 1 minute
- R%or until melted. Drizzle over the rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle lightly
- R%with additional cinnamon.

- R% Microwave (high), uncovered, 10 to 11 minutes or until the rhubarb
- R%is tender. Serve warm with plenty of light cream.
